**Job Description: College Intern - Campus Leadership Coordinator**

**Position**: College Intern - Campus Leadership Coordinator
**Location**: On-Campus
**Stipend**: ₹4,000 - ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for energetic and socially active college interns to **lead the execution of the “One Campus, One Leader” competition** in their colleges. As a **Campus Leadership Coordinator**, you will work closely with student leaders, create engaging content, and drive participation in the competition. You will play a key role in **encouraging students to join the race, vote, and engage with leadership discussions on the Pradhaan platform.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Identify & Onboard Two Student Leaders** - Approach well-known student influencers, union members, or activists to initiate the leadership race.
**Create Engaging Social Media Content** - Work with our team to design posters, reels, and WhatsApp content to promote the competition.
**Promote the Race on Campus** - Share updates, leaderboards, and debates on WhatsApp group created for the same purpose and make college students join in large numbers.
**Track Engagement & Report Progress** - Provide weekly updates on the number of participants, engagement levels, and feedback.
