**Job Summary**:
As a Real Estate Team Member, you will assist our real estate team in providing exceptional service to clients by handling administrative tasks, client communications, property research, and other critical responsibilities to support the sales process. You will work closely with agents and other team members to ensure smooth transactions and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**: Communicate with clients to answer inquiries, schedule showings, and provide updates on property listings and transactions.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with preparing contracts, property listings, and marketing materials; maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.
- **Market Research**: Conduct property research, gather market data, and assist in preparing market analysis reports for clients and agents.
- **Transaction Coordination**: Help ensure that all paperwork is complete, deadlines are met, and the transaction process runs smoothly from start to finish.
- **Property Showings**: Assist with coordinating property showings, open houses, and other events, ensuring the property is well-prepared and presented.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Help maintain relationships with past, current, and potential clients through follow-ups, reminders, and check-ins.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Contribute to marketing efforts by helping create social media posts, flyers, and other promotional materials for property listings.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to accomplish tasks and meet the goals of the team.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or real estate license is a plus.
- **Other**: Must have a strong attention to detail, be proactive, and exhibit a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.

Contract length: 60000 months

Pay: ₹37,262.00 - ₹82,662.00 per month

Expected hours: 28 per week
