**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and properties.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties, pricing, and financing options.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and preferences and determine their suitability for our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients to confirm attendance.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date database of all calls, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Stay updated on market trends, property features, and competitive landscape to provide relevant information to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
