We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The candidate must have a proven track record in lead generation, sales strategy development, and closing deals. The role involves managing and motivating a team of sales executives and telecallers, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the project.
  • Generate and manage leads through various channels.
  • Guide, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and telecallers.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure daily reporting of sales activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure project revenue growth.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
