Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head in the Real Estate sector, located in Patna. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales team's performance, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing key accounts, and closing deals. Daily tasks include supervising the sales team, meeting potential clients, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Real Estate sector
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Ability to work on-site in Patna
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
