**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and improve existing customer accounts.
- Identify and connect with key decision makers of prospective companies using the right channels.
- Identify and establish new dealer alliances for the company's products in assigned territories and are also in charge of keeping current dealers through repeat business.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Coordination with Sales/Delivery teams for scheduling demonstrations of products.
- Sharing customer challenges, feedback to the reporting manager and product design team.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Participation and support during exhibitions and events.
- Responsible for preparing a database of prospects/leads, MIS reports, etc.
- Achieve forecasted sales through set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Diploma, BE or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Good knowledge of local market geography.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent command over English (both written and verbal) with interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Can work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
