Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective referral marketing strategies to encourage physician and patient referrals to the hospital.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to foster ongoing referral partnerships.
- Organize and lead outreach efforts to educate healthcare providers about hospital services, new treatments, and capabilities.
- Design and manage referral programs that incentivize and reward referrals from healthcare professionals and patients.
- Develop and implement referral marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Design engaging and effective referral programs that incentivize customer referrals.
- Analyze referral program performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Manage and track the referral marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align referral strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Create and distribute promotional materials for referral campaigns.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key customers to enhance referral potential.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in referral marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,909.22 - ₹34,176.03 per month
