- Responsibilities:_
- _Conduct investigations to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risk._
- _Utilize excellent judgment to make independent decisions regarding complex transactions and customer authentication._
- _Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, company associates, and third parties._
- _Ensure productivity and maintain highest quality assurance standards._
- _Ability to successfully navigate websites._
- _Understands and adheres to workflow directions, SOPs._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications:_
- _Any graduate_
- _Freshers are eligible._
- _Minimum B2 proficiency in English CEFR_
- _Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex transactional issues to internal and external customers._
- _Strong Problem solving skills_
- _Strong time management and organizational skills_
- _Aptitude for determining situational needs and providing appropriate solutions._
- _Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)_
- Preferred Qualifications:_

- _Relevant work experience preferably as an Investigation Specialist, Risk Investigator etc._
- _Prior experience in Ecommerce Domain_
- _Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills_
