Job Description for UHG CS - A4ME - CHAT Function : Operations Job : Associate - A4ME- Chat Location : Kolkata, West Bengal Reporting to : Team Leader, United Health Group 1) Any undergraduate, graduate, post graduate, diploma or equivalent 2) Very Good written communication skills 3) Previous experience in the health care processing/chat process is preferred. 4) Experience of 1-2 years if not fresher willing to work with all parameters. 5) Age between 18 yrs - 45 yrs. 6) Residing in transport boundaries. 7) Willing to work in night shifts a& late evening shifts. - Good to Have:Call Center/Chat Experience. Critical Skills Required: a. Typing speed >= 30 wpm b. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in keyboard skills especially with numbers c. Ability to use the phone system. e. Knowledge of Products f. Knowledge of Procedures g. Familiarity with the computer basics. h. Good logical and analytical skills Mandatory Skills: Inbound and Outbound Chat. Reinvent your world.
