**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Oversee project procurement management to support pre-sales and post-sales processes. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Analyze customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.
- Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years as a Project Coordinator.
