Our growing company is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our project managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Developing project strategies
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
- Monitor epics and tasks to ensure team is appropriately using the tool and prepared for sprint ceremonies (planning and review meetings)
- Create and closeout sprints in Jira; develop views, filters, dashboards and reports to track sprint plan and progress against plan
- Coordinate sprint review and sprint planning meetings, including scheduling, review of Jira tasks, note-taking and meeting minutes

**Requirement & Skills**
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Basecamp / Jira)
- Preferred Skills : Agile, Microsoft Excel, Process Improvement
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech or related field
- Should have at least 02 years experience as Project Coordinator and all total 03 to 05 years experience is preferred

**Salary & other facilities**
- Salary will be as per experience and it is negotiable
- Requirement of Joining: 15-30 working days

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Entally, Kolkata, Kolkata - 700014, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- relevant work: 2 years (preferred)
