We are having an urgent opening for the position of **Accounts Executive.**

**Experience **: min 3-5 years
**Salary **: Negotiable

**Job Profile**:

- Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Prime and good knowledge in Excel is mandatory.
- Having prior experience in **preparing Salary, PF, ESI calculation etc.**:

- **Having** excellent coordination, communication skills
- Having exposure in handling accounts related to **spare parts of Heavy Earthmoving machineries.**:

- Having excellent coordination, communication skills, vendor negotiation
- To coordinate with vendors, prepare Purchase Order, entry of purchase bills in Tally, prepare payment voucher, ledger reconciliation
- Coordination with Purchase Department and Site representatives for Procurement and Dispatch of Materials.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, Kolkata - 700016, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:
