**Responsibilities**:
- Make travel & logistics arrangements for the staff members.
- Schedule and implement organization’s staff meetings, events and off sites as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
- Assign daily tasks & supervise office boys in their activities.
- Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with mínimal supervision including answering phones, managing logistics for guests, ordering office supplies etc.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from the concerned authorities & forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts team on a weekly basis.
- Assist on IT support.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- To ensure general office maintenance like, housekeeping, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, etc).
- Ensure safety and security of the office by maintaining 100% CCTV serviceability, security alarm functioning, panic button, fire extinguishers, diesel power generators, elevator etc.
- Maintain daily courier records for the respective employees
- Manage & execute employee birthday & work anniversaries celebrations on monthly basis
- Manage tasks related to bank/stamp paper etc as & when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Admin Executive, or similar role.
- Incredibly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
