Air Ticketing

An Air Ticketing and Reservation Executive is responsible for assisting customers in booking flights, managing reservations, and providing information on flight schedules, fares, and routes. This job requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interaction with Corporate Clients for their air travel requirement.
- Reservation & Ticketing on CRS (Amadeus/Galileo), Online Portal for Domestic/International air travel
- Itinerary & fare construction.
- Re-issuing tickets towards date change penalties, upgrades & re-routings involved.
- Refund processing of tickets cancelled
- Solving Escalations at the first end.
- Coordinating with airlines regarding reservation issues.
- Handling Visa requests.
- Handling Foreign exchange and travel insurance.
- Handling web check in and seat allocation.

**Competencies**
- Well versed with International /Domestic routing and ticketing
- Must have knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo
- Pleasing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Team Player
- Negotiation skills
- Good selling & communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
