**Roles & Responsibilities:
- **
*Provide full administrative/secretarial support to CEO for day-to-day activities (including managing daily calendar & schedules, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, etc)
*Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
*Provide general office administrative support, including but not limited to involvement in setting up of meeting rooms, replenishing stock for stationery and pantry refreshment, as well as booking of air ticket and hotel as and when necessary.
*Any adhoc duties as assigned by the management.
*Tracking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
*Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff and keeping track of attendance.
*Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
*Setting up business events and appointments.
**Requirements:

*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Skype etc)
*Bachelor’s Degree in any
*Must know how to drive.
*Discretion and confidentiality.
*Should have own conveyance (Bike, Activa etc.) and a driving license.
*Flexible to go outside of the office to perform tasks.
**Age:
- 20 to 26**
**Working Time:
- 8AM to 5PM**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
