Key Responsibilities:
provide information about our Tuition, Alternative Education Provision & Workshop

services and answer inquiries.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, maintaining the

customer relationship management (CRM) system, and tracking sales metrics.
- Marketing Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute

promote our tutoring services.
- Client Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to gather

feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate schedules between clients and tutors, ensuring

timely and convenient sessions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and

existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and

other relevant information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
