Travel Desk Executive

Develop an in depth understanding of the processes
- Providing customer support through Voice/ E-mail
- General customer problem solving, assistance and follow up
- Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Handling Reservations & Ticketing (International and Domestic) for air, hotel and train.
- At least 1 or more than year in B2B or Corporate client management
- Amadeus and Galileo knowledge is a must
- Destination Knowledge would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Strong team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
