As a Construction Site Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all safety aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, as well as company policies. Your primary goal will be to create and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the construction process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, and ensure that all workers are adequately trained in safety protocols.
- Enforce the mandatory use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and visitors on the construction site.
- Monitor the construction site continuously to ensure that all workers and subcontractors are following established safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
- Review construction plans and specifications to identify potential safety concerns and make recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address safety issues and ensure compliance throughout the construction process.
- Maintain thorough documentation of safety inspections, incidents, and training records.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to workers regarding safety concerns and procedures.
- Enforce safety regulations and take appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
