**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**

**Overview**:
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance operations of a facility, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and infrastructure. They lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate maintenance activities to optimize facility performance and minimize downtime.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork among maintenance staff.
- **Maintenance Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs of equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, equipment criticality, and operational requirements.
- **Equipment Maintenance and Repair**:

- Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or equipment servicing.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards and risks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance operations, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
