**About the Role**

This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to learn the foundations of B2B marketing. You will gain hands-on experience with modern outbound marketing strategies, tools, and campaign execution while developing a data-first mindset that is critical in today’s marketing landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform data collection, segmentation, and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign metrics, response rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling outreach messages tailored to the AEC industry.
- Use marketing tools and CRM systems to manage leads and campaign workflows.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights based on data trends.
- Continuously iterate on campaign strategies based on results and feedback.
- Stay updated on best practices in outbound marketing and data-driven campaign management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in marketing, business development, or data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, analytics tools, or CRM platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-starter who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing or analytics is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
