**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct outbound calls **to prospective customers to promote and sell our educational products.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain **strong customer relationships**.
- Achieve and exceed **sales targets and KPIs.**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
- Record and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proven experience in sales**, preferably in an **outbound sales role**.
- Excellent **verbal communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Bachelor's degree **in **Business, Marketing, or a related field** is preferred.
- **Experience in the edtech industry is highly preferred.**
