**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Content**:

- Create and update comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments, covering a range of cybersecurity topics.
- Deliver engaging and interactive remote training sessions using virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
- **Conduct Hands-on Labs and Exercises**:

- Design and implement practical exercises and simulations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Provide real-time support and guidance to participants during hands-on activities.
- Setup and manage virtual lab environments.
- **Assess Participant Understanding**:

- Develop and administer quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments to evaluate participant learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants.
- Track participant progress and provide reports.
- **Stay Updated on Cybersecurity Trends**:

- Continuously research and learn about the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
- Incorporate new information and techniques into training materials and delivery.
- **Maintain Training Materials and Platforms**:

- Ensure all training materials are up to date and accurate.
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues related to the virtual training platform and lab environments.
- **Communicate effectively**:

- Respond to participant questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve training effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on experience in areas such as network security, penetration testing, incident response, or security auditing.
- Proven experience in delivering cybersecurity training or presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, OSCP) are highly desirable.
- Experience with virtual lab environments like virtual box, or VMWare.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
