**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and assess their needs.
- Provide detailed information about our programs, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Address any inquiries or concerns that potential clients may have, offering solutions and assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our database.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching and converting leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance communication and sales skills.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to empathize with clients and address their needs effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or communication is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
