Role Overview

As a Counselor, you will act as a bridge between students/professionals and our international training programs. You'll help them understand course offerings, career pathways, and assist them in taking the next step towards their growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for student and corporate clients.
  • Guide leads about available courses, events, and training programs.
  • Maintain daily follow-ups and track interest, conversions, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with sales and training teams for scheduling demos or sessions.
  • Maintain proper CRM records and documentation of interactions.
  • Help during workshops and live events with registrations and client servicing.

Who Should Apply?

  • Female candidates only, preferably based in or near Noida sector 63
  • Energetic, confident, and excellent at speaking Hindi/English fluently.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in counseling, telecalling, or client support roles.
  • Comfortable with phone-based interactions and basic tech tools (Excel, CRM, Google Meet).
  • Presentable, well-spoken, and eager to help people grow.
