Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about the test series, and addressing any concerns or questions. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with students and parents, assisting with enrollment procedures, conducting informational sessions, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
