Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive
Tele Counselor
with strong communication skills and a passion for student interaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding students regarding career-oriented courses, and ensuring smooth enrolment processes.

Key Responsibilities


Calling & Student Interaction

  • Make calls per day to students and working professionals who have shown interest in our programs.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and career paths.
  • Maintain communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails for effective follow-ups.
  • Resolve student doubts and assist them through the admission process.


Lead Management & Conversions

  • Manage leads effectively using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with warm leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
  • Update daily call records and maintain regular reporting.


Student Support & Counseling

  • Build trust and rapport with students and parents.
  • Provide personalized counseling to help students choose the right career path.
  • Ensure a smooth and supportive admission experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Experience:
1-2 years in tele-counseling, academic counseling, or telesales in education or Ed-Tech sector.


Communication:
Excellent speaking and listening skills in Hindi & English.


Sales & Counseling Skills:
Ability to explain, persuade, and convert leads through genuine guidance.


Target-Focused:
Comfortable working with daily/weekly conversion goals.


Tech-Savvy:
Experience with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.


Professional Attitude:
Positive, energetic, and customer-centric.
