1. Resolving customer queries:
i. Address customer inquiries related to credit score management, account creation, subscription issues, and document verification processes.
ii. Ensure prompt and accurate responses to build trust and satisfaction.
2. Guiding customers through app features:
i. Educate users on how to navigate the Oolka app, utilize its features effectively, and complete their profiles or processes, such as subscription management and document uploads.
3. Collaborating with internal teams:
i. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to resolve escalated issues, improve customer experience, and streamline support workflows for better service delivery.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
