**Job Title: Event Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Interact with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Provide tailored event solutions to meet client requirements.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Actively promote event services to attract new clients and generate revenue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- **Event Planning**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute successful events.
- Ensure all aspects of events meet client expectations and company standards.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage event budgets to maximize profitability.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services.
- **Networking**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry contacts.
- Attend industry events to expand the network and generate business opportunities.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for marketing strategies to enhance event sales.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Use feedback to enhance future event planning and sales approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in event sales, preferably in a similar role.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Organizational Abilities**:

- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Creativity**:

- Creative thinking to propose innovative event solutions.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
