**Job Title: Event and Sales Intern**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events, including conferences, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships.
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide support to the sales team in generating leads and reaching out to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to boost event attendance.
- Explore innovative ways to attract sponsors and exhibitors.
- **Logistics and Planning**:

- Support in logistics coordination, including venue booking, catering, and transportation arrangements.
- Assist in developing event timelines and project plans.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Contribute to social media campaigns to increase event visibility.
- Monitor social media channels for event-related discussions.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of clients, sponsors, and attendees.
- Assist in analyzing event data and generating reports.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing future events.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
