The product is an ed-tech marketplace serving the twin purpose of branding and generating student demands with a unique suite of LMS features, ensuring a seamless teaching experience for educators and organizations. Catering to a vast pool of K-12 students, it is designed for both Indian and international teachers, offering opportunities for knowledge providers in academic and non-academic fields alike.

**Status of the product**:
We have gone live with our informational pages and registration process and have the platform ready to display the profiles and gigs of the educators. We have successfully onboarded nearly 200 educators (sellers) and counting more. So in a nutshell, we have the tech team developing the other features, educators/vendors' onboarding, and operations like business development and interaction with interested teachers running smoothly. All this has been achieved while being bootstrapped.

**The Opportunity**:
**This is a full-time role for a Product Strategist/Manager at PeerCamp, based in New Delhi with flexibility for remote work with hybrid options and at times a meetup will be good to have.**

We're seeking a professional with a proven track record in product coordination with experience in cross-functional departments like sales strategy and market penetration. As we prepare to scale our operations and expand our market reach, we need a leader who can walk with us to reach the goal.

**Description**:

- The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Create and manage production timelines using project tracking software and communicate project deadlines with all involved parties. Create quality assurance checkpoints and alerts throughout the production timeline and report quality concerns to management.
- Willing to get into a conversation over message or call with customers to convince, negotiate, and understand their issues to close a deal. Keeping a close eye on the smooth onboarding process of the customers through internal executives and set system.
- Once the platform is launched you will periodically review the performance and take corrective actions to make the product stronger. Checking and improvising the lead nurturing process as per the cases and development.

**Job Responsibilities/Roles**:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap within a product vertical
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure platform launch and new gigs creation.
- Support sales and distribution teams to meet product revenue targets
- Build and document product use cases and scenarios
- Liaison with external SMEs and internal content teams to ensure fulfillment

**Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience with majority experience in a Product Development role
- Demonstrated knowledge of product management, marketing, and sales principles
- Project management know-how with timeline centricity
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent communication skills to handle negotiations with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
