Medien Labs is a company based in New Delhi that provides one-stop advertising and production solutions. Our services include creative designs, animated videos, explainer videos, short films, TVC films, corporate films, documentary videos, and other advertising and marketing needs.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Strategist located in New Delhi. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing creative strategies and concepts that align with our client's brand messaging and business goals. As a Creative Strategist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of projects, from understanding the client's requirements and ideating/conceptualizing the final deliverables.

**Qualifications**
- Creative Strategy and Creative Direction
- Brand Strategy experience
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to develop and articulate persuasive arguments for creative direction and strategies
- Develop creative strategies and concepts that effectively communicate the client's message and meet their objectives.
- Research and distilling relevant insights to develop effective advertising concepts and should have strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Canva to produce visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their goals and requirements.
- Experience with both traditional and digital advertising platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
