- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with CAD software for drafting and design purposes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys using GPS equipment, total stations, and other measurement tools.
- Interpret survey data, maps, and documents to determine land boundaries, topography, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and maintain survey notes, reports, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning of infrastructure and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research to gather information on historical property boundaries, land ownership, and legal descriptions.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of survey data.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in various environmental conditions and terrains.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CAD software for drafting and design purposes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Extensive knowledge of land surveying techniques, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing survey projects and leading survey teams.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Professional licensure or certification as a Land Surveyor (LS) is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
