**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries, locations, and relevant topographical features.
- Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
- Utilize various surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners to collect data and produce surveys.
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports, maps, and plots that detail the results of surveys.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to ensure accurate and efficient project planning.
- Stay updated on the latest surveying techniques, technologies, and industry developments to improve surveying processes and results.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while performing surveying duties.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in using various surveying tools and software, including total stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills to effectively convey survey results and collaborate with other professionals.
- Familiarity with local land laws and regulations governing surveys and property boundaries.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
