
Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Assist in the formulation of offline sales strategies for brick-and-mortar outlets, events, and other in person points of sale.
Monitor offline sales metrics and KPIs, suggesting improvements as necessary.
Ensure that sales targets for offline channels are met or exceeded.
Provide hands-on support to sales representatives during peak hours, sales events, or promotions.
Evaluate performance of sales staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and achieve set targets.
Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and inquiries in physical locations.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience in all offline sales channels.
Conduct regular checks to ensure all sales displays, promotions, and signage are accurate and effective.
Study buying behaviors of offline customers and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure product displays are effective and enticing.
Share feedback from the offline sales floor with the team for continuous improvement.
Compile and present reports on offline sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Coordinate with the Offline Sales Manager in preparing sales forecasts for brick-and-mortar channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support offline promotions and campaigns.
Oversee inventory management in offline outlets to ensure optimal stock levels.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or networking events as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Prior experience in FMCG is a plus.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
