**Graphics Designer and Social Media Marketing Specialist Location: thumkunta, hyderabad**

**Salary**: Up to 7,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms (websites, social media, print, etc.).

Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, and color palettes.

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.

Work with other departments to produce content that meets brand standards.

Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a community around the brand.

Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Skills Required: Graphic Design: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Ability to create both digital and print designs.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Social Media Marketing: Knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Analytical skills to interpret data and metrics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

**Education and Experience**:
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically preferred.

**3-5 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media marketing.**

A portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and successful social media campaigns. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design is a plus. Experience with video editing and motion graphics. Certification in digital marketing or social media management.

**Salary Expectation**:The salary for this combined role can vary based on experience, location, and the size of the company. For a salary of up to Rs 7,000 per month. This is a competitive salary and might be more common in major metropolitan areas or with larger companies that have the budget for such roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media. Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
