We are seeking a skilled **Construction Scheduler** with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This full-time role requires expertise in project scheduling and a proactive approach to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using software like Primavera P6.
- Identify critical path activities and address potential delays.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor progress and update schedules as needed.
- Prepare detailed schedule reports for presentation to management.
- Analyze project data to optimize schedules and improve performance.
- Conduct risk analyses and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Manage resource allocation and leveling for efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, specifications, and budgets.
- Collaborate with team members to implement schedule updates and revisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience working on US Projects
