**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **detailed quantity take-offs** from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Prepare **cost estimates, budgets, and project proposals** for construction projects.
- Utilize **Bluebeam and/or AutoCAD** for accurate material take-offs and design analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and cost data.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine **scope of work and material requirements**.
- Identify **cost-saving opportunities** and recommend value engineering solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Stay updated on **market trends, material costs, and labor rates** to refine estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in **project scheduling and feasibility analysis**.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** or a related field.
- Minimum **10 years** of experience as a **Construction Estimator** in **residential or commercial construction**.
- Strong proficiency in **Bluebeam Revu and/or AutoCAD** for take-offs and estimating.
- Solid understanding of **construction drawings, specifications, and building codes**.
- Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and cost databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with estimating software such as **PlanSwift, ProEst, or Sage Estimating**.
- Knowledge of **BIM (Building Information Modeling)** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **project management tools like Procore or Primavera P6**.
