**The Role**:
As an Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, carrying out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans, and tenders for a range of clients including, sub-contractors, developers, and private clients. While prior experience in an estimating role is desirable, it’s not essential - we’re looking for someone who is motivated and eager to both learn and progress in their careers.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Setting up estimation files upon receiving inquiries, whether digitally or in hard copy, and carefully organising any subsequent documents or additions.
- Completing tenders on behalf of our clients based on architectural, structural engineer, and other specialist drawings, plans and specifications.
- Keeping detailed records organised and easily accessible to help with managing projects effectively.
- Establishing connections with various individuals across the tendering process including suppliers, subcontractors and specialists to allow smooth collaboration from enquiry to contracts award.
- Performing accurate take-offs for various residential and commercial projects, utilising measuring take-off tools and software for precision.
- Executing assigned estimating tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Undertaking additional general support and administration duties as required to uphold operational efficiency.
- Providing support and assistance to colleagues and the accounts team, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
