Estimator Electrical

**Job Title: Estimator Electrical (Remote)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for electrical, data, and ICT infrastructure

projects.
- Estimate costs for Fire alarms, CCTV, FIRS, and access control systems.
- Use industry-standard takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX, Counterfire, Ensign etc.) for accurate quantity estimations..
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing.
- Review specifications and drawings to ensure tenders meet project requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the project management and design teams.
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as required.
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of electrical estimating experience either the UAE or the UK
- Proven experience in electrical estimating within the construction industry. (high-rise and commercial buildings)
- Experience in large-scale residential housing projects and office fit-outs
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, data cabling, fire alarm systems, CCTV, and
- access control.
- Proficient in Countfire and Ensign software (or similar estimating tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Electrical Engineering experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
