**Roles and Responsibilities**:
This electrical estimation role requires expertise in estimating project costs for a wide range of electrical systems and services, coupled with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects to European standards and specifications.
- Prepare estimates and calculate costs:
**Systems**
- MV/HV Distribution Systems, LV Distribution Systems, and containment.
- Lighting systems including general, emergency, and external lighting.
- General services, communication systems, and structured cabling.
- Communication Systems PA, structured cabling, intercom/video intercom, induction loop systems, TV systems, and AV systems.
- Protective services such as fire alarms, voice evacuation systems, disabled alarm and refuge systems, nurse call systems, staff & patient attack systems, and lightning protection systems.
- Security systems including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, EV charging, and PV systems.
- Mechanical wiring, earthing & bonding, testing, and commissioning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent trade qualification
- 5- 10 years experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical systems and services.
- Strong technical knowledge of MV/HV and LV distribution systems, lighting, communication systems, security systems, and other electrical services.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools like Trimble contract, Planswift, Bluebeam
- Experience in the following types of contracts is an advantage
- Design & Build, Designed by the Employer, Logistics (Distribution centres, etc.)., Education (Third level colleges), Health Services (Hospitals, etc), Residential, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Data Centers, Industrial/Food Processing Plants.

**Working Hours**:8 am - 5:30 pm GMT Monday
- Thursday8 am - 4 pm GMT Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
