We are currently looking for a US IT Recruiter.

**Experience required**: 2 years to 5 years

**Salary**: As per company standard protocols

**Shift**: (US - Night shift 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

**Working days**: 5 days working (Monday to Friday)'

**Location**: Pune (Onsite only, no remote)

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met and evaluate based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualification.
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in US.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience of Full life cycle Recruitment experience in US IT and Telecommunication/ Wireless Recruitment.
- Experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, and salary/ Rate negotiation.
- Should have experience in working VMS/ MSP clients and exposure working with Direct clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated, Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented and a Go-Getter who will take care of the direct client requirements across US.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
