**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.

2. **Operational Oversight**: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to customer service, risk management, compliance, and technology.

3. **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency enhancement, and implement strategies to optimize processes and workflows.

4. **Financial Management**: Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure that operations are conducted within budgetary constraints.

5. **Risk Management**: Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate operational and financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. **Team Leadership**: Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

7. **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulators, and investors, to drive business growth and success.

8. **Compliance and Regulation**: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and oversee the implementation of compliance programs and initiatives.

9. **Performance Monitoring**:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance, and regularly assess and report on progress towards goals.

10. **Liquidation of the repo** - Collaborating with auction houses and Clearing.

11. **RC and NOC Handling**: Manage the process of obtaining vehicle registrations and no-objection certificates (NOCs), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

12. **Registration of Vehicles**: Coordinate the registration of company vehicles and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.

13. **Customer Care**: Oversee the customer care department to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

14. **Insurance/Legal Coordination**: Coordinate with insurance providers and legal teams to manage insurance policies and legal matters related to company operations.

15. **Office Maintenance**: Supervise all aspects of office maintenance, including rents, maintenance contracts, CCTV cameras, and assets management.

16. **Head Office Administration**: Manage administrative tasks related to the head office, including facility management, supplies procurement, and vendor management.

17. **Disbursement and Back-End Processing**: Oversee disbursement processes and back-end processing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.

18. **Software Team Management**: Collaborate with the software development team to enhance and maintain software systems supporting company operations.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational roles within the financial services industry.

3. Strong understanding of financial services operations, including risk management, compliance, and technology.

4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

7. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving industry.
