1. Establish the procedures (SOP) to ensure fire safe environment in the site.
2. Establish & review Standard Operating Procedure for Fire Safety audits and follow up report to be submitted timely.
3. Investigate complaints and alleged violations of building and fire regulations; issue notices of non-compliance or notices of violations to correct violations of applicable norms & policies.
4. Ensure submission of Form B to Chief Fire Officer (Mumbai Fire Brigade) as per Maharashtra Fire Prevention Act 2006.
5. Preparing & presenting the Monthly Fire & Safety Audit Report to the General Manager Mall.
6. Lead the response in event of a fire / emergency until the arrival of Fire Brigade authorities.
8. Ensure proper maintenance of Fire & Life Safety System related documents and records in Coordination with engineering team.
