The job holder will be responsible for managing all our sales activities to achieve revenue targets for portables.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1- Distribution Management ( General Trade)**

A- develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and accounts in the general trade sector.

B- Identify growth opportunities and devise plans to appoint, scale distributors and retail network expansion.

C- Negotiate and execute contracts and agreements to achieve sales targets.

**2 Sales strategy**:
A- Collaborate with the ASM to formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the GT segments.

B- Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make necessary strategy adjustments.

3- **Revenue Generation**:
A- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives specifically in the general trade sector of the assigned state.

B- Analyse sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

4- **Market Expansion**:
A- Identify and explore new business opportunities and untapped markets within the General Trade sector in the Area.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.94 - ₹30,000.21 per month
