Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and manage the sales team in your region
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost market growth in Pune & Mumbai
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key clients
  • Achieve sales targets and provide leadership and training to the sales team

Requirements
:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management (preferably in healthcare/pharma)
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets


Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies
  • Support the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Manage key accounts and ensure follow-ups on leads
  • Conduct market research and provide feedback to senior management

Requirements
:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience (healthcare/pharma industry preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment


Sales Officer

Responsibilities
:

  • Promote and sell Abhay Health products to healthcare professionals and clinics
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Conduct product presentations and close sales
  • Meet sales targets and grow the product penetration in your region

Requirements
:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare or pharma
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven and proactive individual
