**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition, including all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Schedule and manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures at the front desk.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a corporate, hospitality, or medical environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management systems or front desk software is advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
