**Position: - Chief Investment Officer (CIO) - JD/KRA/KPA**

**A) Qualification & Requirements: -**

1. Certified CA with following additional qualification will advantages:
- CS with lawyer background
- Qualified NISM XIX C
- Charted Financial Analyst

2. Experience:
- 15+ Years of experience with any investment firm Banks.
- Proven track record in lead role as formulation of investment strategies.

3. Software Proficiency:
- Familiar & user efficient with Good Software system used for analyzing financial data & creating reports.

4. Analytical Skills:
- Strong research, critical thinking & analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of advance computer skills and use of AI in mathematical analysis as well creating reports.

5. Leadership & communication:
- Demonstrated leadership qualities & effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to project & present investment strategies with convincing power to management.

6. Problem solving orientation:
- Result oriented mind set with a strong problem-solving attitude.

**B) Roles & Responsibilities: -**

1. Asset Allocation:
- Make informed decisions about company’s asset allocation.
- Development investment strategies and risk management models to optimize asset distribution.

2. Advisory Role:
- Provide expert advice to management on various investment options, including involvement in acquisitions & mergers.
- Set target / potential companies for investment.

3. Team Building & supervision:
- Develop strong leadership by selecting, supervising & mentoring team members.
- Cultivate collaborative environment that encourages effective performance & professional growth

4. Investment strategy & Deployment:
- Create comprehensive investment processes, aimed at achieving company’s financial goals.
- Utilize financial analysis software to evaluate and recommend effective strategies, preparing financial models.

5. Risk Mitigation:
- Create a robust risk mitigation policy & ensure its deployment at all levels of asset management.
- Have close eyes on risk management while ensuring long term & short term growth.

**C) Key Performance Indicators: -**

1. Ensure ROI & growth - Deliver return on investment & overall growth.

2. Ensure company branding: - Use effective tools of branding & develop company brand as catalyst of growth.

3. Management reporting - Develop reporting structure as guidance by management.

4. Data Protection & cybersecurity: - Ensure robust data protection and protocols of cybersecurity are in place.

5. Team Training & delegation: - Train teams to delegate assignments effectively, fostering culture of accountability.

6. Software Customization: - Use the company resources to customize in line with company needs & upgrade software with time & needs.

7. Maintain Dash Board of Company Assets & Liabilities:
- a) Revenue & Profit:
- Revenue growth Rate
- Gross profit margin
- EBITA Margin
- Compound annual growth rate
- Revenue variance Analysis

b) Operational:
- Operating cash flow
- Working capital
- Debt to equity ratio

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,600,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
