**Job Title: International Calling Representative (UK Shift)**

**Location**: On-site (WFO)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and receive inbound international calls to clients in the UK.
- Promote and sell products/services to potential customers, achieving sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Clearly communicate product or service details to customers, ensuring understanding and generating interest.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by the company.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling, preferably with UK clients.
- On-site (WFO)
- Compulsory sales experience with the ability to engage and close sales effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle objections and challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be flexible to work in the UK shift (9 hours).
- A background or knowledge in IT services is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
