TechnoXian, an initiative by AICRA (All India Council for Robotics & Automation), is the world’s largest robotics championship series, fostering innovation, technology adoption, and skill development among students through competitions, training, and memberships.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Telesales Agent** to join the TechnoXian team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote and sell TechnoXian packages, including membership programs, student participation in events, and franchise opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to educational institutions to pitch TechnoXian programs.
- Explain the benefits of joining TechnoXian Clubs, student memberships, bootcamps, and competitions.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Provide accurate information and resolve any customer queries or objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the marketing and support teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Share feedback from clients to improve offerings and communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in education, training, or EdTech sector.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Basic understanding of robotics, STEM education, or student programs (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
