**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on assigned leads or database.
- Present product/service information clearly and effectively to generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quality metrics.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer responses and market trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in [English and/or regional languages as applicable].
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
